🍂 The air is crisp, the sun is shining, and your local gluten dealer is rolling in hot with the good stuff!

🥖 Our sourdoughs aren’t your average loaves — they’re brought to life with our 15+ year old starter and then tucked in for a 15-hour cold-fermentation nap. The result? Deep flavor, beautiful crust, and that chewy tang you crave.

🍏✨ And again this week we will have a limited supply of the APPLE CIDER DONUT LOAF. Why so few? Because we hate food waste as much as we love carbs, and believe that ingredients matter. We use fresh NC mountain apples, roast them down and make our own applesauce, then turn all the scraps into apple jelly. We also make our own boiled apple cider, cause its hard to find around these parts. For our boiled apple cider, we start with a gallon of apple cider and boil it down til its almost a syrup. That's how you get that punch of apple flavor without using an extract.

Our Apple Cider Donut Loaf — every slice is packed with house made apple sauce, boiled cider and then brushed with our apple jelly when its hot out of the oven before we sprinkle it with cinnamon sugar.
